To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item(s) you wish to exchange or refund must be returned to us either in-store or via Australia Post in order for the refund/exchange to be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about your purchase. We will however offer an exchange or store credit which can be used to purchase other products (excluding Tatts Lottery products).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items that have been discounted or are on sale cannot be refunded.


If you wish to exchange your item(s), you may select an item of the same value, or higher value if you are willing to pay the difference; a partial exchange value will not be accepted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact newsagencygreenhills@gmail.com or phone (02) 49331433 for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
